It makes perfect sense why we have a pandemic today given the psychic violence frequencies we have been putting out and amplifying more and more over the past handful of years. We have created our own disease.
In order to stay healthy, it’s important to maintain a positive, loving and light consciousness, and to clear from our consciousness any of the psychic violence that we have allowed into us.
In this episode, I take a very in depth look at the subject of Psychic Violence. I use excerpts from John-Roger’s seminar of the same name (avail. here), I work towards a greater understanding of the various expressions, as well as the tools to handling, dispersing, and clearing psychic violence.

Arlene is a death doula, and has assisted many people in the process of preparing for death and the actual transition. We look at our relationship to death as individuals and as a society, and how this pandemic is really bringing this discussion to the forefront.
Rebecca is a women’s health expert who has been working with women to address their specific issues during a time of worldwide lockdown. We discuss ways in which women can better support themselves and techniques for doing so.
In the first episode of 2020, I had the pleasure to interview my friend and productivity guru, David Allen, at his home in Amsterdam. David is one of the premier authorities in the field, and his book, Getting Things Done, is an international bestseller and has been translated into 28 languages. I delve into the philosophical and spiritual underpinnings of David’s method, which is used by some of the most successful individuals and businesses in the world.
In this episode, I share the resources and techniques I’ve been using to create my own Spiritual Intensive program that has been helping me get through some challenging times. At the end of the episode I do a blessing of light for Christmas and the Holidays.

Testing for MTHFR and Genetic Testing for your body’s response to medications, which Sat Hari wanted to make sure I corrected what she said that it is blood and saliva testing. I will get back with more info on her recommended testing labs, but if you have used a service like 23andMe or other mainstream DNA testing, you can download your raw DNA data and run reports through different sites to get info on your MTHFR and other info (be sure to read their privacy policies before giving them access to this sensitive data…if you choose to at all). A quick google search about ways to analyze your raw data gives a myriad of resources. Please know that much is still being learned and much is not understood in this field, so what is true today may be different tomorrow. So use your brains! I have to tell you to do all this under the guidance and supervision of a doctor. Most doctors aren’t educated in genetics or the effects they can have on medication, so I would recommend finding one who is if you are interested in pursuing this.
