In this episode (recorded in Homer, Alaska), I discuss an experience of heartfelt listening and then I use excerpts from a few John-Roger seminars describing creating a safe place for listening to others. I also talk about doing cold showers in Alaska vs Los Angeles. The seminars “Six Factors to Clear Communication,” “Communication in a Safe Place,” and “What is the Agenda of Listening?” by John-Roger are available at msia.org
In this episode, I talk story about how I started in my current business…jewelry…and my journey to finding enthusiasm in my work. I then share a compilation that I made of excerpts from John-Roger’s seminar Enthusiasm: God’s Energy (avail. at msia.org)
Here’s a few pictures from the event I talk about in the show I said I would post.
In this episode, I interview my friend Nick Segal about his challenges and successes on his journey to creating a very successful business, and how those experiences shaped the philosophy of his forthcoming book: “On Your Terms: Discovering a More Joyful & Purpose-Filled Life Through Value Conscious Negotiating”
In this episode I talk about how I learned Light work from John-Roger especially while traveling, and how I am continuing to do that now. I also explore the spiritual life skill of observation, including excerpts from Observation: The Key To Letting Go by John-Roger (Avail. at msia.org).

Here’s the latest episode. This week it’s just me. I start by talking story about living/working with John-Roger which was sparked by an experience I had recently…a small miracle that happens when in the flow. Then I discuss a couple tools that have been working for me in my relationship (you’ll have to listen to find out more). Last, but definitely not least, I discuss starting to work with your basic self. Enjoy!
In this episode I am super excited to have interviewed Sat Hari about her most unique life story. From the experience of growing up close to spiritual teacher Yogi Bhajan, being a Sikh in American elementary school, to going to a boarding school in the foothills of the Himalayas with no heat, living with Giardia for years in India, scrounging for change for food after returning to the USA, to touring the world with the Red Hot Chili Peppers and advising the most famous and wealthiest people in the world about health. She shares about a cancer treatment being done in Switzerland as well as items you can get on Amazon*. Nat talks about courage and integrity before the interview, with an excerpt of John-Roger from the Merv Griffin Show that you can find here https://vimeo.com/59267001 .

Open your heart to Spirit asking only that which is for your highest good take place (sometimes thinking of your pet or child, a beautiful sunset, a spiritual teacher, Jesus, Buddha etc and touching your heart can help you move into that loving, open consciousness)
Start saying forgiveness statements with whatever comes up as disturbances, hurts, incompletions, judgements and misunderstandings of the day (or from any other time). An example of how I do the forgiveness statement is “I forgive myself for judging_________” where you fill in the blank with how you’ve judged yourself, the other person or situation. You may find yourself sigh or take a deep breath as the imbalance releases.
See your loving and the loving of the Spirit going to the person or situation you judged including yourself. If you notice you were holding the disturbance or judgement in a location in your body, you may place your hand there, seeing the loving going into that area where you were holding the disturbance.
Repeat the process until complete
In this special episode, I play John-Roger’s Body Balance Meditation. It is an amazing meditation to use for greater health, vitality, healing of illness or injury and letting go of consciousness blocks held in the body. You can download your own copy at msia.org
